Code of Conduct

1. One game account per person

No alternate or farming accounts, account sharing, account sitting or playing on someone else’s account. Do not use another account to evade a suspension or ban. If you lose access, contact support for recovery rather than creating a replacement. Linking a supported login method to your existing account does not create another account.

Different people may play from the same household or internet connection. That alone is not evidence of a violation; each person must control only their own game account.

2. No city trading or ranking manipulation

Do not make deals to hand over cities or castles, deliberately lose fights, stage battles or repeatedly exchange captures so someone receives an artificial advantage in progress, rankings or seasonal rewards. The ban applies within a clan and between rival clans, with or without payment.

• No end-of-season city handovers to push a chosen player or clan up the leaderboard.
• No deliberately undefended captures or fixed battle results arranged to feed another account.
• No repeated capture-and-return arrangements for rewards or progression.
• No paid boosting or arranging for someone else to play your account.

Normal clan teamwork is allowed: coordinating genuine attacks, defending allies and winning legitimate conquests are part of the game. They must not be used to disguise agreed handovers or fixed results intended to boost rankings or rewards. A defeat or successful conquest alone is not proof of misconduct.

3. No account trading or unauthorized sales

Do not buy, sell, swap, gift, rent, transfer or advertise game accounts. Do not ask for or offer passwords, login codes or access to an account.

Selling cities, items, currency or boosting services to other players, or buying them through unauthorized third parties, is prohibited. Only use official game and store features for legitimate purchases. Do not use fraudulent payments or false refund claims.

4. No cheating or exploit abuse

No hacks, unauthorized gameplay modifications, bots, scripts or automation that play the game or create an unfair advantage. Do not deliberately exploit bugs, duplicate resources, bypass restrictions or help others cheat. An accessibility feature is not prohibited merely because it helps someone use their device; it must not automate play or provide an unfair gameplay advantage.

If you discover an exploit, stop using it and report it privately to support@conquestunlimited.com. Do not publish instructions or encourage others to abuse it. Reporting a bug in good faith is welcome.

5. Respect the community

No harassment, bullying, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, threats, scams, phishing or impersonation of players or staff. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. Keep names, clan descriptions, chat and images suitable for our 13+ community; no sexually explicit content or graphic violence.

Use each Discord channel for its purpose. Avoid spam, flooding, repeated unsolicited promotion and mass mentions. Follow Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines. Submit ideas in #suggestions, vote using the existing checkmark/X reactions, and discuss them in #suggestions-discussion.

6. Consequences and fair review

Account trading, deliberate ranking manipulation and cheating are bannable offences, including permanent game-account bans. Depending on evidence, seriousness and repeated behaviour, other action may include removing content, warnings, chat restrictions, suspension or a Discord ban. Illegitimately obtained progress, rankings or rewards may be removed. Serious misconduct may lead to immediate action without a prior warning.

Reports are assessed on their evidence. An accusation, shared connection or unusual result alone does not establish guilt. Normal competition and legitimate clan teamwork are not violations. Do not knowingly submit false reports or use reporting to harass someone.

To report a problem or appeal a decision, email support@conquestunlimited.com. Include your Player ID, relevant dates and details, and any available evidence. Never send passwords or login codes. Keep sensitive reports and accusations out of public channels.

7. Rule updates

We may clarify or update these rules as the game develops. The date and version appear above, and material changes will be communicated through official channels. New rules are not a reason to assume past conduct was prohibited when it was not. If you are unsure whether a planned arrangement is allowed, ask support before proceeding.
