1. Who we are and when these terms apply

Conquest Unlimited is operated by Hodzic FahoX Studio, a registered Swiss sole proprietorship owned by Faruk Hodzic. These terms describe the conditions on which we offer the game and our services. Read them before creating or using a game account. Where the game asks you to accept them, your acceptance applies to the version shown. Merely viewing this website does not constitute consent to advertising, tracking or optional data processing. Third-party services, including Discord, Apple and Google, also have their own terms.

2. Age and eligibility

The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable to you. If you are below the age at which you can enter this agreement independently, your parent or legal guardian must review these terms and give any required permission. Do not misrepresent your age or bypass age restrictions. Optional services may have additional age and regional restrictions.

An app-store content rating is separate from these access conditions. Contact support if you believe an account belongs to an ineligible child.

3. Your game account

One game account per person. Do not create, control or use additional farming or alternate game accounts, share an account, play on another person’s account, or use a replacement to evade a restriction. Linking a supported sign-in method to the same account does not create a second permitted account. Contact support for recovery if you lose access.

Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Never give another person your password or login codes. Buying, selling, gifting, renting, swapping, transferring or advertising game accounts is prohibited. We assess suspected misuse on the available evidence; sharing a household or internet connection is not, by itself, proof of a violation.

4. Fair play and community conduct

The Game Rules & Code of Conduct form part of these terms. They prohibit cheating, unauthorized gameplay automation, deliberate exploit abuse, harassment, scams, account trading and manipulation of rankings or rewards.

In particular, do not arrange city or castle handovers, deliberate losses, staged battles or repeated captures to give another player or clan an artificial ranking, progress or seasonal-reward advantage. This includes end-of-season deals and paid boosting. Legitimate conquests, coordinated attacks and normal clan teamwork remain allowed; they must not disguise agreed handovers or fixed results.

5. Permission to use the game and player content

Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to access and play the game for entertainment. The game’s software, artwork, branding and other studio content remain ours or our licensors’. Do not copy, resell, distribute, tamper with or misuse them beyond permission we give or rights applicable law grants you. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable rights concerning software interoperability.

You retain any rights you hold in messages, names and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, display, transmit and moderate that content as needed to operate and protect the game and community. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Public or clan-visible content can be seen by the corresponding audience. This permission is not a transfer of ownership or a blanket advertising licence. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Seasons, balance and virtual items

Conquest Unlimited is seasonal. The rules announced for each season determine its timing, rankings, rewards and which progress or resources reset or carry over. Do not assume that a city, rank or seasonal benefit is permanent. A particular result or reward is not guaranteed by participation or a purchase.

Virtual currency, gear, gems, items and other game benefits are permissions to use game features, not money, investments or a cash claim against the studio. They cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or transferred outside expressly supported game features. We may correct errors, remove benefits obtained through violations and make reasonable balance or service changes. Mandatory consumer rights still apply, including where a paid feature is changed or withdrawn.

7. Optional purchases and advertising

Where purchases are enabled, prices, contents and applicable conditions are shown before confirmation. Use only the official purchase flow and ensure you have authority to make the payment. Store rules and any parental purchase controls also apply. Any recurring charge must be clearly identified before purchase; these terms alone do not authorize a subscription or payment.

For a missing purchase or refund request, contact the store through which you paid or our support team. Provide the relevant order reference, never full payment-card details. Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and the store’s rules; we do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive rights you cannot waive. Deleting the game or account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Rewarded ads, when offered, are optional. Availability and eligibility can vary. See the Privacy Policy and any in-game notices before enabling optional services. Do not use fraudulent payments, false refund claims or unauthorized sellers.

8. Moderation, suspension and appeals

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action to protect players and fair competition. Depending on evidence, seriousness and repetition, action may include content removal, a warning, chat restrictions, suspension, removal of improperly obtained benefits, exclusion from seasonal rewards, a Discord ban or permanent closure of a game account. Serious account trading, cheating or ranking manipulation may result in a permanent ban without a prior warning.

We will explain a decision where reasonably possible, except where doing so would compromise safety, security, an investigation or a legal requirement. To appeal, email support@conquestunlimited.com with your Player ID and relevant details. Appeals are reviewed on their merits. Making an appeal does not authorize ban evasion. Statutory complaint and dispute rights remain available.

9. Ending your use and deleting an account

You may stop playing at any time. To request account and associated personal-data deletion, use the Delete account page or contact support. We verify ownership before acting. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete the account. Completed deletion is permanent and may remove game progress and access to account benefits, subject to any applicable refund or other legal rights.

We may discontinue a test, feature or service, with reasonable notice where practicable and any remedy required by law. Test builds may change or reset; any test-specific conditions will be stated for that test. Necessary legal, dispute or safety records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability, responsibility and your legal rights

We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, an error-free game, compatibility with every device or a particular competitive outcome. Maintenance, updates and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other mandatory protections. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact. These terms do not require you to indemnify us for every claim, waive collective remedies or submit disputes to compulsory arbitration.

11. Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update these terms for changes to the game, safety requirements or law. The date and version appear above. Material changes will be communicated through the game, website or official announcements, with advance notice where reasonably possible. Where renewed acceptance is required, we will request it. We will not treat an update as retroactive consent to new optional data uses.

Swiss law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live. Courts and complaint bodies available under applicable law remain available; these terms do not require every consumer to bring a claim in Switzerland. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
